Luminaria project

This year I will participate at Luminaria which is March the 9th from 7 pm - midnight in Hemisphere Plaza, San Antonio.
I am weaving with plastic bags from newspapers which have been kindly donated to me by many people. I can't thank you enough. And yes, I still need more in all colors.
Here are my first 4 panels or 8 yards of weaving. To see the end product you have to come to Luminaria..... ;)

Public Artwork

My first piece in a public place:
Robert B. Green Campus, 3 rd floor

Love the way it is framed. Looks very nice!

Scarf which looks like water

Another fun project I wove over the holidays is this scarf. I didn't take a picture of the finished project.
But here is the pattern and yarn of it on the loom.

My finished bathrug

It is a joy, every time I take a shower to stand on my fluffy bathrug. It is holding up remarkable well and my feet are just covered in soft fibers. Pretty cool if you imagine all of these fibers are just leftovers....... Very happy with it.

Mixed plastic/fiber rug

Remember my rugs I wove a couple of months ago.
I put this one in our Guild gift exchange and received these photos from the recipient:
